Renowned actor, Soffi Jikan has reportedly been transferred to Sultan Idris Shah Hospital, Serdang, Selangor, to receive further treatment after suffering a bacterial infection in his heart.
This latest development was shared by his friend, Hasyim, through a post on TikTok.

“A bacterial infection in the heart. Update as of August 24, Soffi Jikan has been transferred to Serdang Hospital.
His current health condition is quite serious. Wishing him a speedy recovery,” he said.
According to Hasyim, Soffi, known for his signature ‘sengat’ catchphrase, also frequently goes live on TikTok, and the public can show support by sending ‘gifts’ if they are able.
Meanwhile, the comment section of the post was flooded with prayers from netizens hoping for Soffi’s swift recovery and return to the silver screen.
“Get well soon, we miss seeing his acting,” wrote one user.
Previously, Soffi, whose real name is Mohammad Shoffi Jikan, 54, had revealed that he was receiving treatment for a bacterial infection in his liver and is now facing heart-related issues.
It is understood that the actor has been under treatment at Sungai Buloh Hospital since last July due to the liver infection.
He had also previously been admitted to the same hospital after being diagnosed with leptospirosis and dengue fever. – BOOM!
