Actress and singer Erra Fazira revealed that nearly 95 percent of the preparations for her wedding ceremony today were handled solely by her husband, Mohamad Ezwan Mohamad Zain.
She said that usually, she would be involved in all preparations for her previous weddings.
“But this time, almost 95 percent was handled by Ezwan,” she said.
Erra expressed her gratitude as everything went smoothly and simply, just as she had imagined. She also mentioned that the preparations were not done excessively.
“Each of us acted according to our ability and did not overdo it, the costs were reasonable,” she was quoted by Mstar.
Erra, 51, officially became the wife of Mohamad Ezwan in a wedding ceremony held at Rinjani Majestic, Kampung Melayu Subang.
Ezwan admitted that the ceremony was planned as a surprise.
“Yes, most of what happened today was a surprise for Erra,” he said.
One of the biggest surprises was the dowry of 24 gold dinars, which was carefully planned without Erra’s knowledge.
“Erra really didn’t know. It was only during the rehearsal the day before the ceremony that she found out,” he added.
The meaningful event was followed by two wedding receptions, where the couple was celebrated by family and close friends. -Boom!
