Famous singer G-Dragon, whose real name is Kwon Ji Yong, has now officially ventured into the alcoholic beverage industry with the launch of a new product under his fashion label, PEACEMINUSONE.

On April 30, G-Dragon’s streetwear brand introduced the ‘PEACEMINUSONE Highball’, their first-ever beverage, after being known for collaborations with international luxury brands.
The announcement was made through PEACEMINUSONE’s social media, including Instagram, on April 28, showcasing the can’s design with a unique logo pattern crafted by G-Dragon himself.
Interestingly, the drink also reflects G-Dragon’s personal taste, as he’s known to be a wine enthusiast, with the highball using fresh lemon-based wine and garnished with lemon slices shaped like a daisy, the iconic PEACEMINUSONE symbol.

“This project brings together G-Dragon’s artistic vision, Galaxy Corporation’s AI content planning capabilities, and BRUGURU’s manufacturing expertise,” explained a Galaxy Corporation representative.
G-Dragon also shared a cosmic-themed visual project via Instagram Story on the same day, aligning with the ‘universe’ concept he’s currently embracing. This content was designed by Galaxy Corporation and is a continuation of the ‘HOME SWEET HOME’ music video, a collaboration with Microsoft and NASA SETI.

This limited-edition drink is produced in only 880,000 cans, as a tribute to G-Dragon’s favorite number “8” and his birth year, 1988.
The PEACEMINUSONE Highball is available across South Korea starting April 30 at CU convenience stores. – BOOM!
