Entrepreneur and social media influencer Kim Seri, or Seri Azlina, 39, has started taking responsible steps by initiating the refund process for customers affected by the cancellation of a South Korea trip previously.
Through her Instagram Story, Kim Seri shared several screenshots of refund proof, showing initial transactions of RM300 per person to three customers, to be paid in stages until the full amount is settled.

This action also dispels claims that she fled following the viral controversy over the cancellation of the Seoul tour package she managed, which drew widespread criticism.
Kim Seri’s proactive move is seen as an effort to restore trust and resolve the issue involving many customers who had made full payments.
Previously, the police confirmed receiving 24 reports from individuals claiming to be victims of the tour package scam managed by the influencer, with total losses amounting to RM454,450.
On December 17, Kim Seri publicly apologized to all affected customers and promised to complete refunds no later than February 1, 2025.
However, some victims claimed they still have not received their money as promised. – BOOM!
