The husband of singer Nora Ariffin, Dr Rushdi, declined to comment further on the Conciliation Committee (JKP) process that took place at the Petaling Lower Syariah Court.
According to him, divorce is not something desired unless there are strong, justifiable reasons approved by Allah.

“If you ask me, of course in a marriage we don’t want to divorce unless there’s a reasonable cause and it’s pleasing to Allah.
“But if there’s no reasonable cause, we shouldn’t part.
For now, I can’t comment further due to certain reasons,” he said.
Dr Rushdi also expressed hope that the relationship between his first wife, Rose Aliza Sutrisno, and Nora remains good, but chose not to share more details.
“Insya-Allah, but that’s something I can’t comment on — it’s something ‘exciting’ but I can’t give remarks yet,” he said.
The divorce case between Nora and Dr Rushdi will proceed to the hakam process on September 3 for reconciliation purposes.
Meanwhile, Nora insisted she will not withdraw her divorce application and leaves the decision to the court. – BOOM!
