Former member of The Boyz, Ju Hak Nyeon, is now facing a major controversy as a police report has been filed against him over allegations of involvement in prostitution activities.
According to South Korean media reports, the report was submitted to the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul by an unidentified individual, urging authorities to investigate the claims.
“Based on recent media reports, Ju Hak Nyeon allegedly admitted to engaging in prostitution activities through his management company.
Additionally, another producer from the same company was reportedly sacked for the same reason,” the complainant stated.
The individual also emphasized that, although the incident took place in Tokyo, Japan, Ju Hak Nyeon is still subject to South Korean laws as a South Korean citizen.
Previously, on June 18, the agency ONE HUNDRED announced Ju Hak Nyeon’s official departure from The Boyz and the company, citing “personal reasons.”
The controversy erupted after photos of Ju Hak Nyeon at a bar with Japanese adult film actress Asuka Kirara went viral, allegedly taken in Tokyo between May 29 and 30.
However, in an apology statement posted on his personal Instagram early on June 19, Ju Hak Nyeon denied involvement in any “illegal activities.” – BOOM!
