Actor and entrepreneur, Zoey Rahman expressed deep sorrow when his cousin, Fakhrul Arif Rosli, was confirmed to be among the 15 victims who perished in the heartbreaking tragedy involving a Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI) student bus that overturned in Gerik, Perak, early Monday morning.
