He explained that he had received criminal penalties, including revocation of his driving license, which was later reinstated. Lim emphasized that any wrongdoing is still a wrongdoing, and if it comes to light later, it could endanger the public.

“I realize this action was wrong and could endanger lives. I sincerely apologize to everyone affected,” he said.
