Rumours that Korean badminton star Lee Yong-Dae and South Korean actress Yoon Chae-Kyung are in a relationship have recently sparked widespread attention.
According to SPOT TV News, the pair are said to have been dating for about a year despite their eight-year age difference.
However, Yoon Chae-Kyung’s agency declined to comment further when asked about the speculation.
“We are unable to confirm matters related to their personal lives,” the agency said, as reported by Naver.
For the record, Lee Yong-Dae a former world champion and Olympic medalist was recently inducted into the BWF Hall of Fame in recognition of his outstanding contributions to badminton.
Yoon Chae-Kyung, meanwhile, began her career in K-pop with the group Puretty, later appeared on the reality show Produce 101, and eventually debuted with the group April in 2016 before transitioning into acting. —Boom!
