Famous influencer and entrepreneur, Khairul Aming, asked the public to give him space to resolve the booking system issues at his restaurant Rembayung following unexpectedly high traffic.
He explained that the situation cannot be managed with expectations similar to a large-scale concert.

“I’m just running a restaurant, bro. Please don’t have expectations like I’m organizing a concert at Bukit Jalil,” he said.
He added that the restaurant can only handle around 200 customers at a time, while more than 50,000 people tried to make reservations simultaneously, not including bookings from family and friends.

He also responded to netizens suggesting that he hire a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) due to frequent disruptions in the booking system.
“We use UMAI because it is the best option available to manage a restaurant in Malaysia,” he explained.
Khairul Aming emphasized that the issue was caused by a sudden surge in traffic and asked the public to be patient while improvements are made. -BOOM!
