Actor Kamal Adli reveals that 2025 has not been the triumphant year many assume, but instead one of the toughest periods of his life.
Although his acting career continues to flourish with a steady flow of offers, he shared that professional success cannot fill the emptiness he feels inside.
“People think this is my year. Actually, this year belongs to Abang Jamil (Que Haidar). I’m just riding along. This has been a painful and heavy year for me. But Allah still grants me enough blessings to make me smile. I have to keep going. Being alone at home is what makes everything feel heavier,” he told Gempak.
Kamal, whose real name is Ahmad Kamal Ahmad Adli, 40, added that there are personal matters he prefers not to disclose, but they are enough to reflect the challenges he is currently facing.
In other developments, Kamal has been announced as one of Jakel’s 2026 Raya ambassadors alongside Que Haidar and Elly Mazlein.
Kamal’s wife, actress Uqasha Senrose, filed for divorce on October 1. The couple married in 2021 and share a 19-month-old daughter. –Boom!
