Entrepreneur Ahmad Iqbal Zulkefli admitted that he wrote a will before undergoing rhinoplasty (nose surgery) to prevent any disputes over his assets in the event of an unforeseen incident during the procedure.

He revealed that thoughts of mortality often cross his mind whenever he experiences success or failure in life.
“Whatever I do, whether it’s making a purchase, achieving success, or facing failure—I often think: what if I die? There are people who undergo anesthesia and never wake up. This isn’t a minor procedure; it involves full-body anesthesia,” he told Boom!.

The 31-year-old also urged people around him to maintain good relations while he is still alive.
“If you need help, be kind while I’m still here—not when hoping for what I leave behind,” he said.

Iqbal explained that the procedure, performed in Shanghai, China, was recommended by doctors due to severe sinus issues that affected his nasal structure and breathing. He also underwent a hair transplant involving 3,600 grafts.

Currently in recovery, Iqbal remains positive, viewing these steps as part of taking care of his health and setting things right in life in case of future risks.
