Actress and activist Zizi Kirana has urged internet users to stop focusing on celebrity relationship gossip and instead pay attention to more pressing humanitarian issues, particularly Palestine.
Zizi emphasized that the people’s prayers and attention should be directed toward supporting the Palestinians, who are currently facing Israel’s genocidal war.
“Just pray for good things. Now, please focus. Talk about Palestine. Spread awareness about Palestine,”
Zizi said in her Threads post.
She also shared her involvement in the Global Sumud Flotilla, an international humanitarian mission delivering aid to Palestine. Her most meaningful experience, she said, was witnessing the unbreakable spirit of the Palestinian people despite living under constant threat.
Zizi called on Malaysians to channel their energy toward humanitarian missions that create real impact. Focusing on the issue of Palestine, she added, not only shows empathy but also strengthens global awareness of a people’s struggle for justice.
