Muar Member of Parliament, Syed Saddiq Syed Abdul Rahman, described actress and singer Bella Astillah as an iron lady who tirelessly pursues her livelihood and has a busier work schedule than he does.
Syed Saddiq, 32, said he feels comfortable working with Bella because he knows a side of the celebrity that many are unaware of.

“So far, it’s been very comfortable working with Bella. I know her as an iron lady who always works hard.
“She starts working early in the morning, and that’s not easy.
People may only see and know her through the lens of the media and the entertainment world.
“But I know her better; my schedule as a Member of Parliament may be packed with official duties, but I think she’s even busier,” he said at the halal certification ceremony for Thong Bowl’s IOI Putrajaya branch recently.
Commenting on the possibility of Bella venturing into politics, Syed Saddiq left the matter to the 30-year-old actress herself.
“We all have our own skills, expertise, and, more importantly, our own interests. I think Bella is already comfortable in her world.
“In her world, Bella has been serving the community and doing so even before I did.
“Maybe many don’t know because every time I meet villagers, they tell me Bella has been to their area multiple times.
So, whether Bella wants to enter politics or not, that’s her right,” he explained.
For the record, Bella and Syed Saddiq have frequently gone on the ground together, including providing aid to communities in remote areas like Semporna, Sabah. – BOOM!
