Sensational entrepreneur, Datuk Seri Aliff Syukri, 38, hit back at claims by some netizens who alleged he’s run out of money due to frequently going live on TikTok until the early hours.

According to Aliff, his actions aren’t out of desperation as accused, but rather a strategy to stay competitively ahead of other online sellers.

“Some people say I’m broke because I go live every day?

Desperate enough to stay up until 4 a.m.? It’s not desperation… in life, we compete.

When my competitors sleep, I want to be the one who wakes up first,” he said.

The husband of renowned entrepreneur, Datin Seri Shahida added that competition in the world of online sales has grown fiercer since many have chosen social media as a platform to sell products.

“In online business, the one who collects the most money is the winner,” he said.

Aliff, who is now active on TikTok, uses live rankings as his main motivation and refuses to budge from the top spot.

“Before midnight, I make sure I’m number one.

If I’m not in the top three, that’s not me.

I want to be number one every day, or at the very least, number two,” he explained.
