BTS fans from around the world celebrated V’s, or Kim Taehyung’s, 30th birthday in a unique and creative way.

At the Palace of Versailles in France, fans installed a special stone bench in the Premiere Corner of the Trianon Gardens, a location of particular significance as V had previously visited and filmed there.

According to The Korea Herald, a palace official stated that this is the first time a landmark owned by the French government has allowed its space to be used to honor an international personality.

V Global Union, representing the fan community, said the bench was created as a place radiating peace and appreciation for V as a global artist, making it a symbolic space for fans to remember his contributions to music and culture.
In addition to France, celebrations also took place in other countries such as China and Russia.

Fans in China rented an Airbus A320 from China Express Airlines, decorating the interior with V’s photos and birthday messages, while in Russia, the Sun of Moscow, the tallest Ferris wheel on the continent, was illuminated in purple and green, marking a global tribute to the artist. -Boom!
