Actress Haneesya Hanee expressed her disappointment when an old video of her at a nightclub, recorded eight years ago, became the talk of netizens again, following the controversy involving Anna Jobling and her mother, Ariz Ayop.

According to Haneesya, she doesn’t understand why her name was suddenly brought up, especially since she hasn’t mentioned or spoken about Anna in a long time.

“I admit I was wrong for going to the nightclub back then, but that was eight years ago.

Why is my name being dragged up again?” she questioned.

Haneesya clarified that she never confirmed or denied claims that Anna was the one who spread the video, but rather netizens themselves created stories without evidence.

The 25-year-old actress admitted that the incident still leaves her feeling ashamed and disappointed, but she hopes people will stop bringing up the past.

“I want to protect my good name.

I made a mistake once, but why punish me again?

Are you all God?” she said firmly.

Haneesya explained that she no longer cares about Anna’s career or success, focusing instead on earning a halal living to support her family.
