Ok Taec-yeon, a member of 2PM and a well-known actor, became the talk of the town after photos of him at the Eiffel Tower in Paris went viral on social media. In the pictures, Taecyeon was seen kneeling while holding a ring box and a bouquet of flowers, making it look like he was proposing to his girlfriend.
However, his agency, 51K, quickly shut down the speculation.
“That was not a proposal, just a birthday gift for his girlfriend,” the management clarified. They also emphasized that Taecyeon has no immediate plans for marriage and revealed that the photos were actually taken almost a year ago.
Even though the wedding rumors were debunked, fans continue to support the couple.
