Popular singer Shahir Zawawi revealed that he and his wife remain happy even though they have not been blessed with children after three years of marriage.
Shahir said he leaves the matter of having children entirely to God, believing that all human efforts are ultimately subject to His will.
“Everyone certainly wishes for children. We plan, but Allah is the one who determines it. So, we must trust in Allah’s plan. Allah is the best of planners. We leave the matter to Him,” he told Boom!.
Shahir, who spent two months living in Madinah last year, shared that his desire to migrate there has never faded.
He said he has no hesitation about returning to the holy city to “cleanse the heart” and strengthen his spiritual connection with Allah.
“We hope to have the opportunity to settle there permanently,” he added.
In his artistic pursuits, Shahir will be performing at the Selangor Entrepreneurs Expo (SELBIZ 2025) on 29 November, presenting the song Hanya Kamu in a duet with Adira Suhaimi.
