Veteran actor Razak Ahmad expressed his gratitude after being conferred the title of Datuk by the Sultan of Pahang, Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah, during the Investiture Ceremony for State Orders and Medals in conjunction with the Ruler’s 66th Birthday celebration yesterday.

Razak said the conferment is not merely a personal recognition but a significant trust that must be carried with integrity, responsibility, and dedication.
“I accept this title as a motivation to continue contributing to religion, the nation, and the people with greater sincerity and commitment,” he shared on Facebook.
He also extended his appreciation to his family, friends, and everyone who has continuously supported him throughout his artistic journey.

“No success can be achieved without the cooperation, trust, and love of those around us,” he added.

Born in Pahang, Razak began his career in the entertainment industry as an actor and singer in 1985 and remains active to this day.

He has appeared in films such as Embun, Senario Dalam Pemburu Emas, and Yamashita, as well as dramas like Gila-Gila Pengantin, Abadi Sebuah Cinta, and Hikayat Putera Shazlan.
