The organizer of the RadjaWali Live in Malaysia concert is considering legal action against Idea Live Arena in Petaling Jaya following the sudden shutdown of the sound system during the performance on January 10.

Impian Al Fateh, the organizer, stated that the incident occurred without any consultation, which disrupted the flow of the concert and affected the audience experience.
“Following the incident, the organizer has held discussions with a panel of lawyers and is currently reviewing legal action against the venue management due to negligence and breach of agreement,”
he was quoted as saying by BH Online.

He acknowledged a slight delay, but it was caused by technical issues beyond their control, not solely due to the organizer’s shortcomings.
“The delay in the performance was due to the ticket team appointed by the venue and not the artists.”
“The congestion at the entrance was caused by a ticket system malfunction when the ticket provider’s system experienced disruptions, slowing down the verification process,”
he added.

Furthermore, the electricity shutdown exactly at midnight was a unilateral action.
“We requested an extension until 12:30 a.m. to allow the concert to conclude properly,”
he said.
According to him, the organizer is also willing to bear any risks, including losing deposits or facing fines, to ensure audience satisfaction. -BOOM!
