Dr. Zailah, the mother-in-law of singer Nubhan, has denied all allegations directed at her following the ongoing divorce dispute between her daughter and the artist.

In a statement shared on Instagram, Dr. Zailah expressed sadness over various circulating stories on social media, saying they have caused distress and disrupted her family’s peace.
“I have never sought attention, nor do I wish to argue with anyone. All I want is peace for my children and grandchildren, who have also been affected by this situation,” she wrote.

She further revealed that she has appointed a lawyer to review statements containing defamatory elements, stressing that legal action will be taken against anyone found spreading false information.
Among the circulating claims is that she allegedly demanded RM5 million should her daughter and Nubhan proceed with their divorce.

The issue surfaced after Nubhan filed for permanent and interim custody of his three children Aafiya Kamilia, 7, Ahmad Aaffan, 5, and Afzan Nayille, 4 following his separation from his wife, Dr. Afifah Hidayah Ahmad Tawfek.

The Syariah Lower Court in Sepang has set December 2 as the mention date for the confirmation of the divorce pronouncement. –Boom!
