Actress Maria Farida revealed that her secret to maintaining a youthful appearance does not rely on extreme treatments, but on practicing a positive lifestyle. She always tries to sleep early, drink enough water, and avoid toxic environments to maintain both physical and mental health.
Maria also emphasized that she has never had injections, fillers, or any procedure to alter her facial features, as she finds them painful.
“I actually don’t really like using skincare products. What I do is go for treatments because I’m sponsored, but the treatments are only standard, not the type with injections,” she told OhBulan.
She added that she prefers aging naturally and appreciates what Allah has given her.
“For me, natural aging is more beautiful than injecting the face until it looks swollen and strange. It’s better to appreciate what Allah has given,” she explained.

“When I laugh, all the wrinkles around my eyes are visible,” she said.
