Malaysian legendary group KRU has secured a spot in the Top 10 of the Popular Collaboration/Duo/Group Artist category at the 37th Anugerah Bintang Popular Berita Harian (ABPBH 37).

Although the group has long been part of the local music industry and is no longer active full-time as artists, their inclusion in this nomination proves that their legacy and influence remain strong and relevant among fans from different generations.
Formed by the three brothers — Norman, Yusry, and Edry — KRU created a massive wave in the Malaysian music scene during the 1990s with numerous hit songs, modern music innovation, and energetic performances.

Their reappearance on the industry radar through this nomination has been warmly welcomed by loyal fans.
“We truly appreciate the unwavering support from our fans throughout the years,” one of the KRU members shared in a recent social media post.
Fans have shown tremendous enthusiasm by voting daily, supporting their idols to advance to the Top 20 list of ABPBH 37. Voting is still open and can be done via the official ABPBH website.

KRU’s inclusion in the ABPBH 37 Top 10 is clear evidence that the group’s legendary influence remains deeply rooted in the hearts of fans.
The continuous support from fans proves that KRU remains relevant and appreciated, even though they are no longer fully active in the music industry.
This stands as proof that quality artistry and sincerity in creating music can leave a lasting impact on the Malaysian entertainment scene.
