South Korean actor Kim Soo-hyun has issued a stern warning regarding the spread of false evidence allegedly presented by the family of the late actress Kim Sae-ron.

His legal team emphasized that serious legal action will be taken against anyone involved in distributing such false or unauthorized information.
According to his lawyer, Kho Sang Rok, Sae-ron’s attorney Bu Ji Seok reportedly received an interview request from a major investigative news program that began airing last week.
“We welcome Attorney Ji Seok’s decision to speak to the media,” Kho was quoted as saying by The Korea Times.

However, Kho added that after the interview aired, several individuals began spreading claims that Sae-ron’s family had submitted new evidence to their lawyer.
“We view this as a serious warning sign that suggests the potential recurrence of the same defamation that previously caused severe harm to actor Soo-hyun,” he said.

Kim Soo-hyun was previously embroiled in rumors alleging that he had a relationship with underage actress Kim Sae-ron during their high school years, claims that his agency firmly denied.

Due to the gossip, Soo-hyun reportedly lost multiple contracts and faced demands for compensation from several brands.
As a result, Soo-hyun has filed a lawsuit worth RM 33.8 million against Sae-ron’s family, accusing them of defamation and seeking damages. —Boom!
