Actor Kamal Adli appeared at the Federal Territory Syariah Lower Court in Kuala Lumpur for his divorce proceedings with his wife, Uqasha Senrose.
When met by the media, Kamal calmly stated that his presence was a sign of his responsibility toward his family.
“I want to save my marriage. I came here to fulfill my duties as a husband and father,” he said in a video shared by Xtra.
The actor also asked everyone to pray for the best for his family.
Uqasha filed for divorce at the Kuala Lumpur Syariah Lower Court on October 1. A few days later, the actress posted an apology on Instagram, expressing regret over her earlier actions.
In the video, Uqasha apologized for her previous posts and admitted that she should not have shared her marital issues publicly on social media.
Kamal’s decision to attend court with the intention of saving his marriage has earned praise from many, who described it as a mature and responsible move.
