Jonathan Frizzy, better known as Ijonk, is now facing a dark moment in his life after being named a suspect in a case involving the misuse of vapes containing the prohibited substance etomidate.
His girlfriend, the stunning actress Ririn Dwi Ariyanti, has also come under the spotlight following the shocking news.
On Monday, May 5, 2025, the Soekarno-Hatta Airport Police officially designated Ijonk as a suspect after an investigation into three other individuals previously detained for distributing hazardous vape liquids.
Based on the investigation, Ijonk is said to be directly involved and believed to have managed the delivery of 40 out of 100 vape cartridges from Malaysia, as revealed through WhatsApp group conversations.
“He was arrested at his residence in Bintaro while recovering from surgery,” according to a police statement.

As a result, Ijonk now faces serious charges under Indonesia’s Health Act and Penal Code (KUHP), with a maximum penalty of 12 years in prison and a fine of up to Rp500 million.
