Behind the tough persona often portrayed in dramas and films, actor and director Zul Huzaimy actually has a deeply soft side, especially when talking about his child.
Zul, whose real name is Zul Huzaimy Marzuki, revealed that his love for his child is undivided, even to the point of being willing to sacrifice his life for his family.

“Before, I didn’t care much and got angry easily.
But after becoming a father, everything changed.
I’m more cautious, prioritizing the lives of my child and family,” Zul expressed.
For Zul, a child is a trust from Allah that must be protected, not neglected or ignored like some men who refuse to bear the responsibility of fatherhood.
This sentiment is also reflected in his latest song titled Senja Terakhir, which mirrors the genuine emotions buried deep within him as a father.
It originated from a poem he wrote himself, later transformed into an emotional and sacrificial song lyric.

In fact, the idea for the song’s creation was also sparked by the storyline of his directorial debut film, 3 Hajat.
“The sunset in this song symbolizes transition – between life and death,
between strength and downfall, which always touches us every time dusk arrives,” he added.
The film 3 Hajat, which inspired this song, is Zul’s first directorial work produced under Artisan Films (a film label under KRU Studios) and Astro Shaw.
The film stars talented actors such as Eman Manan, Amerul Affendi, Dato’ Norman Abdul Halim, and several others. Word has it that many have praised Zul’s first touch as a film director.
The song Senja Terakhir is now available for streaming on all digital platforms, while its official music video will be released soon. – BOOM!
