Former TV personality Azrinaz Mazhar Hakim shared an emotional message for her daughter, Puteri Ameerah Wardatul Bolkiah, who recently celebrated her 17th birthday.
In an Instagram post, Azrinaz expressed her deep longing for Ameerah, saying that even though 17 years have passed, it still feels like just yesterday she watched her daughter grow up.
“I have endured the ache of missing you all these years, the longing never gets easier,” she wrote.
Azrinaz also expressed her pride in her daughter’s growth, describing her as a reflection of herself.
“You are me, and I am you,” she added.
Additionally, Azrinaz praised Ameerah’s beauty, saying that she never fails to captivate her.

“In a league of your own, your beauty never ceases to amaze me,” she continued.
At the end of her post, Azrinaz encouraged Ameerah to chase her dreams and achieve success in life.
“Soar high, my world’s favourite Princess,” she wrote.
For context, Azrinaz was previously married to the Sultan of Brunei in 2005 and was blessed with two children, including Pengiran Muda Abdul Wakeel. She is now happily married to Firoz Khan Abdul Hamid and has two children with him, Areesya Malaykha, 6, and Atheera Medinah, 4. – BOOM!
