Actress and singer, Abby Abadi expressed her disappointment and frustration after a textile company allegedly failed to complete a headscarf order for her daughter Marissa Dania Hakim’s business as promised.
According to Abby, whose real name is Arbaiyah Abdul Manan, 48, the initial timeline given for completing the order was two weeks, but now, two months later, the products are still not ready.

“I need to get a refund from a textile company because my headscarf order, almost two months later, is still not completed with all sorts of excuses,” she said in a post on Threads.
Abby also revealed that a deposit of RM9,900 had already been paid, but when the company was supposed to refund the money, she claimed they gave various evasive excuses.
“I will delete this post once it’s resolved, I’m losing patience because there are too many excuses.”
In further developments, Abby said she would not hesitate to file a police report if the company does not take immediate action.
“With my daughter, you said the refund letter would take 40 days?
With me, you said I have to wait 15 days? Which one is true?
Never mind, I’ll wait for your account to be frozen.
We’ll get the police involved,” she said firmly.

Adding to the shock, Abby also revealed that the textile company has a bad track record since 2021, including allegedly scamming many customers before.
“Turns out, many people have been affected. This company has had a lot of cases since 2021.
It feels like the same place that got me before.”
Abby stressed that this time, she will not stay silent and will fight for her rights no matter what it takes.
She said the company has messed with the wrong person this time, and she will keep pushing until her money is fully refunded. – BOOM!
