Actor Hafidz Roshdi expressed his deep yearning for his two children, Umar and Umairah, who now live with their mother, Nurul Shuhada Mat Shukri, in Australia.
In an Instagram post, Hafidz, 31, shared a photo with his children to mark their birthdays.
“They’ve turned 8 and 5 years old,” he wrote.
It is understood that Umar and Umairah moved to Melbourne with their mother nearly two years ago after the couple divorced in 2023.
Shuhada had previously shared her plans to pursue further studies there, bringing both children along.
In April, the Shah Alam High Syariah Court granted Hafidz interim visitation rights.
However, the actor from the drama Ku Punya Hati has yet to reunite with his children, prompting him to seek full custody, with a court decision expected on September 30.
For the record, Hafidz was married to Shuhada in 2016, but their marriage ended after seven years.
In December 2023, Hafidz married his longtime friend, Athira Yuhada, and they welcomed a daughter together. – BOOM!
