The daughter of the late Faziani Rohban Ahmad, Irdina Hakim, claimed that RM1.3 million in cash belonging to her mother was taken out of the family home in a suitcase.
In a TikTok video, Irdina expressed gratitude that her family’s years-long wait to reclaim their rights has finally borne fruit.
@dnarfaziani4 1.3juta .. Al-Fatihah Faziani Rohban. Semoga apa yg dnar kongsikan dalam live dnar jam 11 pagi esok untuk supporters arwah mami #dnarsskincare ♬ Powerful songs like action movie music – Tansa
“Even as time passes, God never sleeps.
What is destined to be ours will return, no matter how others try to take it,” she said.
Recalling the incident, Irdina claimed she personally witnessed the money being taken out of the house.
“It was taken out of the house in a suitcase, right before our family’s eyes before he left.
That’s the amount he said he counted.
If there’s more, only God knows, and he’ll bear the consequences,” she said, referring to her stepfather.
Irdina responded to netizens’ questions about how she knew the amount, while reminding the public to uphold trust.
“If it’s not our wealth, don’t take it. If it’s not our right, don’t claim it.
Otherwise, it will trap you,” she stressed.
Quoting a previous Harian Metro report, the Kota Bharu High Syariah Court ordered the late founder’s husband, Ahmad Shah Rizal, 48, who is also the co-founder of the beauty product brand Dnars, to return the money to a joint estate administration account.
The account is also managed by the late founder’s eldest son, Aqbar Hakim Jasman, and the funds must be deposited within 30 days.
It is understood that Ahmad Shah Rizal had previously filed a claim for shared property, including the cash that was kept in a safe before he took it.
The late Faziani passed away on May 18, 2019, in an accident in Pattani, Thailand, while on her way to deliver donations to a children’s tahfiz center. – BOOM!
