The song “Golden” by HUNTR/X (EJAE, Audrey Nuna, and Rei Ami), the official soundtrack for Netflix’s animated film KPop Demon Hunters, made history by securing the top spot on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
This achievement marks “Golden” as the first K-pop song to reach No. 1, surpassing the records of major artists like BTS, Jimin, and Jungkook.

HUNTR/X also made history as the first fictional group to claim the top spot since the Encanto phenomenon.
Additionally, “Golden” dominated the Billboard Streaming Songs and Billboard Global 200 charts, proving its influence on the global stage.
Since its release last June, KPop Demon Hunters has become Netflix’s most popular animated film of all time, further strengthening the Hallyu wave in international entertainment. – BOOM!
