Kedah Darul Aman FC (KDA FC) right-back, Mohd Rizal Ghazali, surprised local football fans by officially tying the knot with his chosen partner on Saturday, January 25.
The joyous news was shared by Rizal on his Instagram, where he posted a picture of himself dressed in a matching white Baju Melayu alongside his wife. His post was also flooded with congratulatory messages from friends and family.
Rizal’s announcement effectively puts an end to speculation regarding his past relationship with Dr. Hana Rose. Previously, their relationship was widely discussed, especially after the controversy involving Rizal in June 2023.
In that incident, Rizal faced two charges related to damaging a mobile phone and injuring his ex-girlfriend at a hotel. Although the case gained significant public attention, Rizal now seems determined to move forward into a new phase of his life.
This season, Rizal has seen limited playing time with Kedah, believed to be due to his involvement in a player boycott over unpaid wages. His last appearance was on December 18, when Kedah defeated Penang FC 1-0 at home.
