Controversial influencer and entrepreneur Kim Seri has once again come forward to apologize for her failure to settle refunds for customers who used her travel services.
Through an Instagram Story post, Kim Seri, whose real name is Seri Azlina, admitted that she needs more time to resolve the refund issues.
“To everyone waiting for February 1, I apologize for the late update. Once again, I’m sorry for taking a bit more time to process the refunds. I just need a little more time and will work harder to settle all refunds,” she said.
In another post, Kim Seri also confessed to blocking some of her customers because the messages she received were too difficult to read.
However, she assured, “Don’t worry, I have all customer accounts and will inform you once the payments are made.”
Previously, this issue gained attention when many customers claimed to be ‘victims’ of Kim Seri’s travel packages, experiencing various problems during their trips to South Korea. These issues reportedly began even before they left Malaysia.
Earlier, Kim Seri had apologized for allegations of scamming customers, causing losses of nearly RM400,000. She also promised to settle all outstanding payments by or before February 1, 2025.
With her latest apology, Kim Seri hopes customers can give her a little more time to resolve this ongoing issue. – BOOM!
