The recent death of a child at a daycare center has raised concerns for TV host and actress, Uyaina Arshad, 33, about sending her children to daycare.
Uyaina expressed her feelings through Instagram Story after reading a mother’s heartbreaking post about losing her child while under the care of a daycare center.
“My heart breaks reading the sorrow of a mother who just lost her child. Looking for a daycare or kindergarten is truly terrifying for me, nauzubillah,” she said.
Elaborating further, the Wanita Hari Ini host also advised parents to be extra cautious before choosing a care center for their children.
“First, check whether the daycare is registered with the Social Welfare Department. If it’s registered and an incident happens, action can be taken, and the daycare can be investigated or shut down.
“My deepest condolences to the parents of baby Handzalah. May you reunite in heaven one day,” she added.
In the past few days, the story of a mother losing her child at a daycare center has gone viral on social media, sparking public sympathy and concern among parents.
