Television personality and model Chrissy Teigen has once again chosen to step away from alcohol and openly expressed her appreciation for Summer House star Carl Radke for supporting her journey back to sobriety.

In a lengthy Instagram post, Chrissy revealed that she has been alcohol-free for 52 days and admitted that Radke’s openness in sharing his own recovery journey had a significant impact on her.
“I’m grateful to Carl for being honest about his own journey with sobriety,” she wrote.
Chrissy shared that after quitting drinking in 2021, she eventually returned to alcohol under the belief that she could enjoy it in moderation.

However, without realizing it, the habit slowly took over her daily routine.
“I started seeing drinking as a reward in life. From a glass of wine at night, it became a routine, and eventually the habit returned,” she admitted honestly.

According to Chrissy, her conversation with Radke became a turning point when she realized she wanted to begin a new phase of life without relying on alcohol, especially as she became involved in major projects.
Unlike her first attempt at sobriety, this time Chrissy admitted the process felt quieter and less celebrated.
“There’s no glamour. But I don’t have the urge to go back.
“Turns out, without alcohol I can still be funny. Still silly. Still very nervous. Anxious like a mom. And I can get through all of it without it,” she added. – BOOM!
