Singer Billie Eilish has called out billionaires, including Meta founder Mark Zuckerberg, urging them not to hoard their wealth but instead donate to those in need.

The Birds of a Feather singer made the remark while accepting an award at the WSJ. Magazine Innovator Awards on October 29, which was also attended by Zuckerberg.
“If you’re a billionaire, why are you still a billionaire? … donate your money,” she said, as quoted by Billboard.

Zuckerberg was present to support his wife, Dr. Priscilla Chan, who received an award for her philanthropic work through the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative (CZI).

At 23, Eilish remains one of the youngest artists in history to win all four major Grammy categories—Album of the Year, Song of the Year, Record of the Year, and Best New Artist—in 2020. She also won an Oscar for her James Bond theme song, No Time To Die.

Known for her outspoken nature on social issues, many have praised Eilish’s boldness in publicly addressing the wealthy elite. – Boom!
