Actor Ben Amir shared joyful news after a woman believed to be his girlfriend, originally from the Philippines, officially embraced Islam.
The memorable moment took place at the Federal Territories Islamic Religious Council (MAIWP) in Kuala Lumpur and was shared by Ben on his Instagram last night.
In the video, the woman reportedly named Maiya looked graceful in a baju kurung, while Ben appeared dashing in a traditional baju Melayu.
Following the conversion ceremony, Ben Amir whose full name is Muhammad Amir Sabaruddin wrote a heartfelt message for his partner:
