Muar Member of Parliament Syed Saddiq Syed Abdul Rahman successfully raised RM1 million in donations for the welfare of his constituents after completing the Ironman endurance challenge in Langkawi recently.

The 32-year-old former Youth and Sports Minister took on a challenge from local fashion brand Prima Valet (PV), which pledged to donate RM1 million to Muar residents if he managed to finish the race in under 13 hours.
“I did this for Muar. The RM1 million welfare fund is now unlocked, and the challenge has been met,” he shared on Instagram.

Syed Saddiq noted that the race was extremely demanding but expressed pride in improving his personal record from 13 hours and 13 minutes in 2024 to 12 hours and 22 minutes this year.

Adding to the special occasion, Bella Astillah was present to show her support, accompanied by her two children, Ayden Adrean and Ara Adreanna, a day after they participated in Iron Kids Langkawi 2025. –Boom!
