Bella Hadid reportedly was detained by police shortly before her on-again, off-again boyfriend, Adan Banuelos, was arrested for public intoxication.
A sheriff’s deputy detained the famous model in the parking lot of Gator’s Cantina in Weatherford early last Saturday morning.
During the police check on Bella, Banuelos reportedly approached the officer in a suspicious manner with slurred speech, red eyes, and appearing intoxicated, with the smell of alcohol on his breath.
The situation escalated when Banuelos admitted to having consumed four bottles of beer beforehand.
The police report stated that Banuelos was detained as a precaution to prevent him from driving or endangering himself or others.
“I handed over Adan’s personal belongings and vehicle to his girlfriend, identified as Isabella Hadid, at her request,” the report read.
Banuelos was later taken to the county jail before being released the same day after posting a bail of US$386 (RM1530).
The incident has sparked speculation about Bella and Banuelos’ relationship, which was previously reported to have ended after two years of dating.
It is understood that differences in lifestyle between Bella’s glamorous world and Banuelos’ background also contributed to tensions in their relationship. – BOOM!
