On August 16, 2025, two prominent names in the local music scene, Atilia Haron and her mother, Salamiah Hassan, will share the main stage for the first time in the “Konsert Gelombang Bahagiaku” organized by Mujik Wand Production at the Plenary Theatre, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC).
More than just a performance, this concert carries the theme of a mother and daughter’s love, united in rhythm and artistic soul.
“This is a dream come true for me!
Since I was young, I’ve wanted to be like my mother. The chance to share such an amazing stage with her makes me feel like the luckiest girl in the world!” said Atilia.
What’s special is that the audience will witness their first duet through a new song titled “Age Is Just A Number”, which conveys a message about life, maturity, and the courage to be true to oneself regardless of age.
“I’m very excited. Although our singing styles are different, I believe it will be a truly special blend for the audience,” said Salamiah.
Salamiah is also celebrating her 55th anniversary in the arts, making this concert even more meaningful as a symbol of love and appreciation between two generations of Malaysian artistry.
Although the journey to this concert was not easy, Atilia and her mother persevered to realize their dream with the help of friends and fellow collaborators.
“Of course, there were challenges… This concert had to be done. We just did what was necessary with the support of our friends,” added Atilia.
“Konsert Gelombang Bahagiaku” is expected to be a night full of emotion, memories, and heart-touching music, as well as a special gift for art lovers and families.
