Social media personality Athalia has chosen to remain silent despite being repeatedly questioned about allegations that she was harassed by the husband of a popular celebrity.
Athalia explained that her decision was not driven by fear or reluctance to expose the individual’s identity, but rather because the situation was deeply confusing and disappointing.
“My week has been filled with people asking who the person is, and I’m really trying my best not to reveal his identity,” she wrote on Threads.
She expressed shock upon realising that the individual came from a family she knew very well and had trusted for a long time.
“It’s not that I don’t want to talk or expose them, but this situation is shocking because I am very close to their entire family,” she said.
Athalia also voiced feelings of disgust and distress over the man’s behaviour.
“I could even be considered like their own child, and that makes it extremely disgusting and terrifying,” she added.
Previously, Athalia’s mother, Sharifah Zarina, had issued a stern warning to the man, urging him to stay away from her daughter.
“Allahu Akbar, how dare you. Don’t let yourself get caught by your wife, who is also a well-known celebrity. Later on, you’ll end up accusing my daughter of being the one who flirted,” she said firmly. —Boom!
