Shah Alam is set to welcome another exciting landmark with the launch of Aneka Walk, a modern community hub that will blend entertainment, art, culture, business, and digital innovation. This project is expected to be completed and launched in the third quarter of this year.
Located at a strategic spot in Section 14, Aneka Walk is just 150 meters from the Dato’ Menteri LRT Station and directly connected to SACC Mall and the PKNS Shah Alam Complex. Its presence is expected to become the heart of community activities, drawing thousands of local and international visitors.
This project, with an investment of over RM50 million, is a strategic collaboration between the Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS) and KRU Entertainment. PKNS Signature Project Director, Hajah Azilah Arasad @ Arshad, said Aneka Walk is more than just a regular development project.
“It’s a symbol of Shah Alam’s transformation into a more modern, inclusive, and innovative city. By linking SACC Mall and the PKNS Shah Alam Complex, Aneka Walk is set to become a lifestyle and business hub that lifts Shah Alam’s name to a higher level,” she said.
Aneka Walk offers more than just a shopping centre. It will feature a variety of tech-based entertainment like digital art, music performances, virtual reality (VR), and creative interactive experiences. With a 300-meter covered walkway, visitors can enjoy a relaxed vibe, shop, eat, and have fun in one comfy, futuristic space.
KRU Entertainment Group Chief Executive Officer, Datuk Norman Abdul Halim, also stressed, “Aneka Walk isn’t just an entertainment spot. It’s a platform for innovation in lifestyle, business, and digital technology. We want to make it a place where new ideas grow, local talents shine, and visitors feel something different from the usual.”
On top of that, Aneka Walk will provide 150 business lots, meeting the needs of local entrepreneurs in food, fashion, crafts, music, and more. With the capacity to hold up to 3,000 visitors at once, various art and cultural activities will be held weekly to grab attention. It’s also expected to boost the economy by creating more job opportunities and helping small and medium businesses grow.
