Popular Korean actress, Lee Si Young is reportedly navigating a divorce from her husband, a restaurant entrepreneur known as Mr. Jo. According to a YTN report on March 17, the couple submitted their divorce papers to the Seoul Family Court earlier this year.
It’s understood that both sides have already agreed on the main terms of the divorce, though they’re still ironing out a few remaining details.
Lee Si Young tied the knot with Mr. Jo in 2017, at the height of her acting career, and their marriage once drew widespread attention—especially thanks to her husband’s success, earning him the nickname “Little Baek Jong Won” for his thriving restaurant empire. A year after their wedding, they welcomed a baby boy.
Throughout their marriage, Lee Si Young often gave fans a peek into her family life on TV, appearing on hit shows like ‘I Live Alone‘ and ‘Point of Omniscient Interfere‘, where she showcased what seemed to be a joyful household.
But after eight years together, the couple has decided to part ways.
