The heated issue involving popular actress, Anna Jobling and her mother, Ariz Arop, continues to draw attention as Ariz admitted to hitting her daughter but emphasized it was for disciplinary purposes, not abuse.
According to Ariz, the action was taken after claiming Anna was disrespectful, including using informal ‘you’ and ‘I’ terms when addressing her.

“When she defied me and went overboard, I disciplined her. It wasn’t to abuse or harm her, but to teach her. I hope she’ll become better and care for her mother,” she said in a recent live broadcast.
Ariz also expressed disappointment, stating that their relationship changed after Anna gained popularity, acquired a fan club, a lawyer, and management support.
“Since she became famous, I no longer matter to her,” she said.
She claimed their relationship grew distant due to interference from third parties, including management and fan club administrators.
“The fan club has been meddling too much in my personal matters with Anna,” she stated.
Ariz said she doesn’t mind if many choose to support Anna because of her status as a popular actress.
“Today we may be on top, tomorrow at the bottom. I accept it, this is a test from Allah,” she explained.
At the same time, Ariz criticized netizens who accused her of acting like a victim, stressing that they don’t understand her situation.
Meanwhile, Anna’s lawyer denied claims of an incident where Ariz was locked in a vehicle, clarifying that the car door could be opened from the inside and was not actually locked. – BOOM!
