The founders of eHati International Sdn Bhd, Diyana Tahir and Rahim Shukor, were detained by police today after providing statements at the Petaling Jaya District Police Headquarters (IPD).
Quoting a report by New Straits Times, their lawyer, Datuk M Reza Hassan, confirmed that both his clients are now being held by police at the Shah Alam IPD.
According to him, the detention was made under Section 294 and Section 509 of the Penal Code, as well as Section 14 of the Minor Offences Act.
Previously, Selangor Police Chief Datuk Hussein Omar Khan stated that a total of 50 individuals would be called to assist in the investigation regarding a recently viral household motivation program.
The program, held at a convention center in Shah Alam, sparked controversy after several former participants came forward to reveal shocking experiences.

Among the allegations raised were claims that participants were asked to perform indecent acts and were given a drink called ‘Air Piya,’ which was allegedly laced with intoxicating substances. – BOOM!
