Actress Datin Intan Najuwa confessed to experiencing extreme anxiety or overthinking, to the point of not daring to take her beloved child, Imane Lunara, on a vacation to any destination.
According to Intan, 28, this paranoia arises when she thinks about the various bad possibilities that could happen during travel, especially involving airplanes.
“My anxiety about traveling with my child has increased.
Whether by car or plane, everything makes me overly paranoid.
I worry about all sorts of things,” she expressed through a post on Threads.
Intan also shared that her husband, Datuk Ahmad Azraf Azman, constantly advises her to stay calm and not dwell too much on negative thoughts.
“My husband tells me to relax a bit.
This is what it’s like being a mom.
Maybe I should calm down and enjoy the journey,” she said.
Previously, Intan also chose to celebrate Aidilfitri in Kuala Lumpur alone to avoid subjecting her child to traffic congestion stress.
She is still not confident about taking her child on a plane, worried about the noisy environment that could disturb her baby’s emotions.
For context, Intan tied the knot with entrepreneur Ahmad Azraf in August 2023, and the couple welcomed their daughter, Imane Lunara, on December 15 last year. – BOOM!
