More than a year has passed since the khalwat controversy involving actress Ruhainies, yet various criticisms continue to flood her social media accounts to this day.
Through a post on her Insta Story, Ruhainies came forward to explain why she chooses not to respond to attacks from ‘haters’ on Instagram.
According to her, she believes most netizens leaving negative comments are probably just bored and unhappy with their own lives.
“If it’s not a fake account, it’s this type. The kind like this. I want to get mad, but sometimes it’s kind of cute. Maybe they’re just bored with their lives or something,” she wrote.
Ruhainies added that she doesn’t hold grudges or harbor hatred towards them, as she sees negative comments as merely reflecting the personality of the writer themselves.
“If they were busy or happy with their lives, they probably wouldn’t even have time to comment on other people’s IG. So, I just think positively. If it feels overwhelming or anything, I delete it.
I don’t hate them. Because what they write represents who they are. That’s why I don’t get angry, I feel more sympathy,” she explained.
Despite often receiving hurtful words, Ruhainies chooses to stay calm and continue living positively. – BOOM!
