Indonesian singer Siti Badriah admitted she’s been feeling less confident about herself during her second pregnancy due to the hormonal changes she’s experiencing.
According to Siti, 34, this pregnancy has made her body look fuller compared to her first one, plus she’s dealing with skin issues. Even sadder, she’s also become a target of harsh comments from netizens, especially women.
“I really don’t feel confident with the hormonal changes in this second pregnancy. Before this, I had just slimmed down, but now I’m full again and getting all sorts of criticism from netizens.
“What’s sad is that most women and mothers should be lifting each other up, not tearing each other down,” she expressed, holding back tears.
Even so, Siti is grateful because her husband, Krisjiana Baharudin, always gives her full support.
“I’m thankful to have a husband who always gives positive support to his wife. Thank you for always reminding me and making me realize this is just temporary,” she said with gratitude.
